Live-Action Reel
Before AI, there was the lens.
This reel captures our work across live-action commercials, short films, and feature projects — the real-world filmmaking that shaped our creative DNA.
Today, we use AI to move faster. To create bolder. But what makes our AI work feel cinematic?
It’s this: years of hands-on filmmaking, storytelling, and visual precision.
No shortcuts. Just craft — now supercharged by technology.
Mercedes AVTR
🚀 What happens when human vision pushes AI beyond its limits?
We set out to find out — by crafting a cinematic concept ad for the Mercedes-Benz AVTR, fused with the spirit of Avatar.
🎬 Inspired by James Cameron’s universe, we envisioned a story set in a world like Pandora — but with a twist:
🛑 You can’t just type “Avatar” into an AI prompt.
Most models block trademarked terms and recognizable IP to avoid legal misuse.
So we worked around it — training our own models on visual references:
• Bioluminescent jungles
• Ethereal mist
• Floating cliffs inspired by Zhangjiajie and Kauai
🌿 Then came Neytiri.
We studied her facial structure, movement, and emotional range, and trained the AI to echo her presence.
She became the heart of the story.
But the most challenging part wasn’t the character — it was the car.
🚘 The Mercedes AVTR only exists as a mind-blowing concept.
Not in production — just a few renderings and showcases:
• Spherical wheels
• Transparent doors
• A glowing spine that breathes
Visually stunning – but nearly incomprehensible for AI.
So we broke it down.
We trained AI on each part — wheels, body, lighting, reflections — then manually rebuilt the car shot by shot, adjusting for lensing and camera movement.
📆 It took 10 days to create what another project might deliver in 2 months.
🎨 Once the generation ended, we went fully human:
• Editing for rhythm and emotion
• Color grading for tone
• Sound design for depth
🔊 For Neytiri’s voice, we didn’t just want Na’vi sound — we wanted meaning.
We wrote a line reflecting the AVTR philosophy of harmony between people, nature, and technology. Then translated it into Na’vi, phonetically adapted it, and used Eleven Labs to generate a voice echoing Zoe Saldaña’s tone:
“We were not born to dominate, but to live in
harmony and unity with what surrounds us.
And with what is within.”
Ma oeyä hapxì, ke tsun nìwin tokx ‘efu,
slä zene livu nìwotx a mì sänume sì tì’eyng.

Yamaha
What if your next motorcycle ad didn’t need a shoot?
This AI-driven concept reimagines Yamaha Motor USA through a neon-noir lens — blending cinematic tension, tradition, and raw energy in a tribute to nighttime Japan.
🏍️ We let the idea breathe.
🛠️ Used over 10 AI tools — each selected for a precise visual or storytelling purpose.
🎥 Some AI shots were projected and re-filmed with low shutter speed to add real texture and immersive speed.
This is not an official Yamaha ad – it’s an independent concept film, crafted by Evotime Films, where real filmmaking meets AI.
We’d love to prototype something bold for your brand – fast.
